1. Our Commitment
We stand behind every product we manufacture. If you are not satisfied, please review the terms below for refunds, returns and replacements.
2. Eligibility for Return
- Product must be sealed, unopened and in original packaging.
- Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Original invoice / proof of purchase is mandatory.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or partially used containers.
- Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
- Promotional / free items.
4. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
5. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after the returned product is received and inspected.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable except in case of our error.

7. Cancellations
